Sister Yvonne Reay. SRN. RM. Dip. F. Planning
Yvonne joined us in December 2004 having worked in surgeries in the Wrexham and Flintshire areas for some 15 years. She has a special interest in all aspects of women's health and is available to see all patients with a chronic disease such as diabetes, asthma and heart disease.

Sister Elen Davies. SRN. BSC.
Elen joined us in July 2005 from another practice in the Wrexham area. She trained in Birmingham initially and worked in intensive care before completing her degree at NEWI where she specialised in practice nursing.

Samantha Parry. Health Care Assistant
Sam, our health care assistant has also joined us recently from another practice where she gained extensive experience as a Health Care Assistant.

Elen and Yvonne share the surgeries at Chirk and St Martins whilst Samantha is based only at Chirk.

Appointments
Regular appointments are available at reception for all members of the nursing team. A wide range of services are offered as you will see from the list below. As different services require differing amounts of time it helps the team greatly if you are prepared to advise reception of the purpose of your appointment. There is, however, no compulsion to do this, and your desire for confidentiality will be respected at all times.
