The BCUHB Hospital Appointment Reminder Team is trying to encourage more patients to sign up for the appointment reminder service, in order that they can benefit from receiving more detailed reminder messages for their hospital appointments.
In addition, the patient can also set a language preference to receive their messages in Welsh, English or both.
