You will need to bring some form of ID with you (photographic) before you can be issued with a password and pin number. If you have already registered for repeat prescriptions on My Health Online, you are automatically registered for the appointment booking facility which can be accessed by clicking on the 'Book your Appointment' icon on the homepage. You can also cancel appointments using the on-line facility.
Appointments at St Martins may be made by calling at the surgery or by phoning reception on 01691 773 334 during opening hours. If St Martins is closed your call will be automatically transferred to Chirk; Receptionists there will be able to make an appointment for you at St Martins.

Please telephone the surgery and make it clear to the Receptionist that you consider your case is urgent. We currently run a GP triage system for urgent appointments and home visits. When you call a receptionist will ask for details of your problem and your telephone number. A doctor will then call you back and agree a course of action with you. This may result in an appointment a home visit or advice.
One doctor is on call each day for emergencies in addition to his/her normal work - please only call if you really cannot wait.
Doctors perform minor surgery at Chirk Hospital each day of the week. When you see your doctor he/she will ask you to contact the hospital in order to make an appointment.
